Preventative Maintenance Program (PMP)

Marlen Corporation is committed to helping our valued customers get the most out of their equipment. In an effort to extend the life span and durability of our equipment, we are pleased to offer our Preventive Maintenance Program (PMP). This program is designed to identify potential equipment/operational problems and provide solutions that will save the customer both time and money.

-Reduced downtime. -Savings on spare parts and repairs. -Reduction of overall maintenance costs. -More consistent and higher-quality production. -Improved operator and machine efficiency. -Regular in-factory training on operating and maintenance procedures. -Current updates on new applications.

The Marlen PMP is simple and flexible. First, the customer decides how often and when they want our Maintenance Consultant to visit their plant ( a required minimum of two (2) times per year) . Then, with your input, we develop a specific program based on the requirements of your operation. This PMP is conducted on a pre-scheduled basis. The Maintenance Consultant assigned to a certain account is not a service technician, and the visit is not a service call. To schedule a service visit, it can be done separately by contacting Marlen's service department.
